Experience
I was a long-time member of the Air Force who graduated from the Annapolis, MD, US Naval Academy. I served over 20 years in the Air Force. During some of my time there, I taught math to the soldiers in Colorado Springs at the base located there. During my service in the Air Force, I also went to school and earned my PhD in math. When I finally retired, I went on to teach college-level computer science and math courses at the University of Nebraska, Penn State Great Valley, and Temple University. I also worked as a space program technical expert at Lockheed Martin. I truly enjoy working with students and assisting them in learning subjects and doing well on exams. Now that I am fully retired from the Air Force and from Lockheed Martin, I am really looking forward to giving back and tutoring students. I am able to tutor students in any of the following subjects: algebra, calculus, statistics, trig, computer science, geometry, science, scientific programming, technical writing, and college entrance exam test prep.In my spare time, I enjoy recreational activities like biking and hiking. When I have a quiet moment, I enjoy reading a good book.
